Instructing a solicitor will be an important part of the selling process; it is important to research and find the right solicitor who will ensure the successful sale of your property.
It is crucial your property is presented in the best possible way when offered to the market. Good quality pictures of a clean and clutter-free house will give you the best chance of catching the eye of prospective buyers.

Once REA have marketed your property and subsequently received a successful offer, we will notify you both verbally and in writing. REA will then prepare a memorandum of sale, write to all parties confirming the agreed price and confirm your solicitor’s details. We will negotiate exchange and completion dates and ensure draft contracts are received.
Your solicitor will raise any queries on receipt of the draft contract, they will also request their own searches and finally agree a date for exchange of contracts.
Completion will occur when the remainder monies are transferred from your buyer’s solicitor to your solicitor. We will then be informed to release the keys; you will then be able to celebrate the sale of your property!
